16th October 2009, C&F Automotive acquires assets and plant of JPB Prometall, Germany.
We are pleased to announce that C&F Automotive, a division of the C&F Group has acquired the assets of former German competitor JPB Prometall and will maintain the plant at Neunkirchen as part of the growing C&F Automotive concern. This will substantially increase our market share for Exterior Trim and provide additional capacity for future business. In addition we will acquire a number of significant additional Customers, including BMW, Skoda and Renault.
